Utilizing the company’s Automation department, Northern Valley Machine has been able to streamline production machining processes. This means that you can count on on-time delivery and quality in every part, without costing a premium.
Prototype Machining
Prototype Machining has always been a corner stone of Northern Valley Machine. Every CNC machine is connected to a Cimnet server which allows the programming staff to cue up jobs for each machine.
Using CAD-CAM software such as Gibbs Cam, Solid Works, and Ultimax PC Plus Software, Northern Valley Machine has created a seamless transfer from conceptual design to finished prototypes.
